Our website was launched mid April 2009, starting out of a small house in Westmere, Auckland. We have since needed to move into a larger premises to cater for our ongoing improvements. 

To this day we continue to be tailoring our service, our website and exploring intriguing products to offer you for the coming future.  

We try to stock as many NZ made gift products as possible, and only buy from within NZ for our online gift store. However, to be able to offer our customers a wide variety of exciting products at competitive prices we acknowledge that some products may have been made overseas and our Suppliers have imported them to NZ. 

Our aim is to provide a good, honest and caring service.  We welcome comments and ideas from our gift store users to see what you would like us to offer in the future. We will then help you to choose the ideal Wedding present, Birthday present or a gift for that special occasion to give to the special person in your life. 

That is what is important to us.  We encourage feed back and questions.

Online Store information:

We are registered for GST which is already included in the price you pay.  Our GST number is: 17-679-007.

We will endeavour to have plenty of each product in stock, however some lines are limited and all stock are sold on the basis of: "while stocks last" policy.  We don't sell 'what we don't have' and if we have run out of something a  message will tell you that when you click the 'to buy' button.

Please note that we offer either Online Banking or PayPal for payment of your goods. 

Please be assured that PayPal, who operates a secure Merchant Service on our behalf deals with your payment information and we do not have access to it at all.  PayPal will then pass your payment immediately on to us. As soon as it reaches us (normally within a few minutes) we will send your gift/present off to you. You can use your credit card with PayPal. To use PayPal you will be asked to register with them then they will give you a Password to use when shopping online.  You only have to fill the form out the very first time you use PayPal.  PayPal is used on many websites around the world as a secure way of paying for your goods.  To date we haven not had a single problem with PayPal.

Postage/Courier Rates are within NZ only.    People from areas outside NZ may purchase on our site, however the delivery must be to an address within New Zealand.   Sorry, we can not offer delivery outside of New Zealand at this time.

Delivery Times:

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery within the Auckland area or 1 week nationally.   We do not ship outside New Zealand.  We will only deliver to an address within New Zealand.

In regards to freighting your parcel: We endeavour to have your parcel delivered within the time stated on thr freight page, however we have a contract with Fastway Couriers to take over responsibility of your parcel which will be despatched to them within 24hours of us receiving your order. We promise we will get it to them asap then the responsibility lies with Fastways to get it to you within their timeframe listed. However, in the remote possibility of a problem, we do track and make good any problems which may result.
